Dear Hershey Families and Friends,
Strategic thinking about the future is the responsibility of the Hershey Board of Trustees. The Strategic Planning Committee,
led by Maura O'Donnell-McCarthy, identified critical issues and gathered valuable information through a series of forums with
parents, alumni and staff to find common ground for goals to accomplish by 2015.

These aspirations build on the solid foundation already established at our school since its founding in 1978. If we find that these aspiration statements describe
Hershey Montessori School in the year 2015, we will have accomplished our vision to benefit the children and families at Hershey.
