workshop information.

- Concord Campus
What better way to understand all you have read about Hershey than to sit in on a classroom while in session. In-classroom observations begin mid-October
of each school year. A tour will be offered, and the Admissions Director will take time to sit down with you and address any questions that the visit
generates, specifically focusing on your child and your needs.
- Huntsburg Campus
A Visitors' Day Calendar schedule has been made to serve prospective families in their search for the appropriate adolescent program for students
ages 12-15 (grade levels 7-9). You will be given a power point presentation of the program with opportunity for specific FAQ Q & A
time, as well as a personal tour of the campus by the students.

- Concord Campus
Applications are accepted year-round for the Concord Campus serving children from Parent-Infant through the Elementary.
- Huntsburg Campus
Applications for the Adolescent Community are accepted from August until January for the following school year. Applications are due mid-January.
- Interview
- Concord Campus
Parent Interviews with the Head of School and student visits with the Montessori teacher are required for all incoming Extended Day and
Elementary parents and students at the Concord Campus.
- Huntsburg Campus
Student interviews are held with the Huntsburg staff for all adolescent applicants. If an applicant is unable to visit Hershey due to distance,
a telephone interview may be scheduled.
- Acceptance
Families will be notified of acceptance.
